11. Luna's Lost Hat
Luna is a little girl with short black hair. She has a red hat. It is her favorite hat because her grandma gave it to her. Luna wears it every day, even when it is sunny or windy. One Saturday morning, Luna and her mom go to the park. The sun is shining, and the wind is strong. Luna holds her hat tightly, but suddenly, the wind blows it off her head!
“Oh no! My hat!” Luna shouts. She starts to run. The red hat flies over the grass and past the big trees. Luna runs fast, but the wind is faster. The hat lands near a small pond. A brown dog is sitting by the pond. The dog sees the red hat and picks it up in its mouth. Luna is afraid the dog will run away.
But the dog walks to Luna and drops the hat at her feet. Luna smiles and pets the dog. “Thank you, dog,” she says. She puts her red hat back on her head. Her mom walks over and laughs. “What an adventure!” she says. Luna waves goodbye to the dog and walks home with her mom, happy to have her hat again.
